Terms of Service

Last updated: July 14, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the QuickParkPay+ platform, websites, and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by ParkingPlus ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service — including scanning a QR code and paying for parking — you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The Service

QuickParkPay+ enables drivers to pay for parking at participating locations and enables property owners and operators to manage sessions, enforcement, and settlements. Parking is provided by the property owner or operator of each location, not by ParkingPlus.

2. Paying for parking

  • You are responsible for entering the correct license plate and selecting the correct duration and rate.
  • Sessions begin at the time of payment and expire at the end of the paid period, subject to any grace period displayed at checkout.
  • Prices, taxes, and service fees are shown before you confirm payment.
  • Payments are processed by Square. By paying, you also agree to Square's terms.

3. Enforcement, violations, and towing

If a vehicle is parked without a valid paid session or in violation of posted rules, the property owner or operator may issue a warning, a violation, or arrange towing in accordance with local law and the notices posted at the location.

4. Accounts

Some features (operator dashboards, monthly parking, saved vehicles) require an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

5. Acceptable use

  • Do not attempt to bypass, tamper with, or reverse-engineer the Service.
  • Do not use the Service to make fraudulent payments or misrepresent a vehicle.
  • Do not access data that does not belong to you.

6. Refunds

Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ParkingPlus is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the parking session giving rise to the claim.

9. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
