This Privacy Policy explains how ParkingPlus ("we", "us") handles information when you use QuickParkPay+ (the "Service"). This page is maintained by ParkingPlus to answer common privacy questions about QuickParkPay+.

Information we collect

  • Parking session data: license plate, vehicle details you enter, location, rate plan, start/end times, and status.
  • Contact details: email address and phone number when you provide them for receipts, notifications, or support.
  • Payment data: handled by Square. We store transaction identifiers, amounts, brand, and the last four digits of the card — never the full card number or CVV.
  • Account data: for operators and property owners — name, email, role, and the organization/location(s) you are authorized to access.
  • Enforcement records: plate checks, warnings, violations, and any photos or notes recorded by officers at participating locations.
  • Technical logs: IP address, device/browser info, and request metadata used for security, fraud prevention, and troubleshooting.

How we use information

  • Process parking payments and manage sessions.
  • Send receipts, expiration reminders, and support communications.
  • Enforce parking rules at participating locations.
  • Reconcile revenue and produce settlements for property owners and operators.
  • Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

Service providers

We share limited information with providers that operate the Service on our behalf:

  • Square — payment processing.
  • Lovable Cloud — hosting, database, authentication, and email delivery.
  • Twilio — SMS notifications (when enabled).

These providers may only use information as needed to provide their services.

Sharing with property owners and operators

When you pay for parking at a location, session and vehicle information is available to the property owner and operator of that location so they can manage parking and enforcement.

Retention

We retain session, payment, and enforcement records for as long as needed to operate the Service, resolve disputes, and comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

Your choices

  • Request a copy or deletion of information about you by contacting us.
  • Unsubscribe from non-essential emails using the link in the footer of any email.
  • Update your account details from the operator or customer portal.

Some records — such as completed payment transactions and enforcement history — must be retained for legal and financial reasons even after deletion requests.

Security

Access to data is restricted by role, and database rows are protected by row-level security policies so operators only see data for their own locations. Payment card data is handled by Square and never stored by ParkingPlus. No online service is perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes

We will post updates here with a new "Last updated" date. Material changes will be highlighted where appropriate.
